Wall Painting, New Beds & New Shelter
The new location of COLT is much better than the previous one, but a lot of work is needed to suit the needs of the children. First, the outer wall got a fresh paint and a drawing of balloons and flowers, thanks to a volunteering graphical designer.
At the same time we ordered new beds, which was made possible through generous donations by supporters in The Netherlands and visitors to the orphanage. Previously, the children slept on floor mats. Now, all children have their own bed and their own drawer for their personal belongings. Just a little space for themselves!
These improvements have been made possible by the invaluable help of volunteers: Hans, Nanneke, Coen, Karin-Marijke, Charles and Petra. COLT wants to thank them for their devotion to our cause!
